I am a typical male who enjoys working with his hands and “tinkering”, problem solving and trouble shooting, and being in the outdoors. I work full-time at a suburban police department and volunteer as a firefighter.

Green Grass!

We just started our third year with TruGreen and it is really starting to show.  Not only was our lawn one of the first to get green this year, it is still greener than all of our neighbors!  It is far from perfect, but the amount of crab grass, clover, and the number of dandelions is down and much less than the neighbors!  For the first time, I am proud of our yard!

I am jealous! I have not even fertilized for the past... um... "too many" years - and it was REALLY starting to show.

We got a couple of quotes from the companies that come around - but they were too expensive!

Instead, I committed to fertilize myself. I have the first step down and it is already looking 100% better than it has in the past couple of years!!

That was, until I broke my spreader. (...as evening approached...)

P.S. You better be careful - it appears that there is a wolf in your back yard!!

Thanks for the kind words Dave! We just needed a little "something" to get caught up from the years of neglect the yard suffered from the previous owners. I don't know how long we will keep using them, but we will at least finish the year!

Bear is looking a little gray, isn't she! She turns 8 in June!
